Adults Social Worker - Community

Our client Salford City Council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Community Team.

Your role:

• Carry out Social Work Care Act duties with the highest level of skill and professionalism.
• Support safe, effective services through creative strengths-based assessment and person-centred planning.
• Enhanced DBS required.
