About the PCMHT

The PCMHT is a fast-paced front-door mental health service operated by South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. It involves a multi-agency staff team including NHS, Lewisham Council, and voluntary sector staff. The service offers a range of short-term interventions for adults of working age experiencing mental health difficulties.

Role Responsibilities

• Act as a Mental Health Practitioner participating in the team's duty rota.
• Carry out holistic assessments and develop care plans.
• Hold a small caseload.
• Lead on adult safeguarding and Care Act assessments within the multi-disciplinary team.

Salary

£27.83 per hour
