Service Care Solutions is currently working with a prominent local authority in South Yorkshire, seeking an Adult Social Care Solicitor.

This position offers a competitive rate:

1. Umbrella Rate: £50.00 - £60.00 per hour, depending on experience.
2. PAYE (including holidays): £44.48 - £53.27 per hour, depending on experience.

The role is on a contract basis and can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's preference.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a high caseload in Adult Social Care from start to completion.
• Provide expert advice and guidance within your area of expertise.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient legal and administrative services to the County Council, partners, and external clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with experience in Adult Social Care Law.
• Experience working in the Adult Social Care legal team for a local authority.
