Location: Swindon - Hybrid (Home & Office)

Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 starting with increases at 6 & 12 Months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

No nights, weekends, or bank holidays

What You'll Do

  • Conduct PIP and WCA assessments, either face-to-face or by telephone
  • Review medical evidence and functional information
  • Produce detailed, evidence-based reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)
  • Engage professionally and empathetically with claimants

You'll complete a fully paid 12-week comprehensive training programme, ensuring you feel confident and supported before working independently. No prior assessor experience required.

Who We're Looking For You'll be a registered clinician with:

  • Current NMC or HCPC registration
  • Minimum 1 year's post-registration experience in an adult-focused setting
  • Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
  • Confidence managing your own caseload and working autonomously
