Administrator Co-Ordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

Main duties of the job

You will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of staff and client paperwork, including care plan assessments, client funding information and recruitment paperwork.

You will handle incoming communications, support auditing, fault reporting and implementation of company policies.

As part of the domiciliary care support team you will cover care calls in emergencies and be part of the on call rota (including some evenings and weekends).

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
• Previous experience in an administrative function, ideally in Health & Social Care industry.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills, with high IT competency.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
