Administrator - Older Adult Community Mental Health Team

Employer: Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust

Position type: Fixed term

Closing date: 02 July 2026

Contract end date: 31 December 206

Working pattern: Thursday and Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Main duties of the job

Provide a comprehensive administration and information service to the Older Adult Community Mental Health Team, coordinating activities with the Business Administration Team to ensure an efficient and confidential service.

Work flexibly to respond to the needs of the network, covering departments on various sites as directed by the Deputy Admin Lead to maintain continuity of quality service provision.

Qualifications and experience
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of an admin team.
  • Strong communication skills with staff, service users, visitors, and carers.
  • Computer literate; proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Experience working with members of the public.
Knowledge
  • Microsoft Office applications.
  • Minute taking.

Salary
