Administrator - Warrenpoint
Role: Administrator
Location: Warrenpoint
Salary: £26,700
Contract: Permanent - Full time
Hours of work: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
The Company:
Our client is an Industry leading facilities management company which covers over 30,000 properties across the island of Ireland.
The Role:
Are you an organised detailed driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for proactive and reliable administrator to become an essential part of new team.
Main duties
- Handling telephone enquiries.
- Scheduling works on a daily basis via the company software system
- A technical knowledge of maintenance
- Uphold Data Protection Policies
- General office duties
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience in the managing programming of Engineers and sub-contractors.
What they are looking for:
- Grade C or above in English and Maths at GCSE Level (Higher and Further education desirable)
- Computer literate, particularly with knowledge of Word and Excel
- Administration qualification or demonstrable 5 years' experience required
- Excellent demonstrable customer service
- Experience of dealing with the general public in a professional manner
- Demonstrable experience of working within a performance driven environment and to tight deadlines ensuring KPI's are delivered
