We're looking for an Enrolment and Outcome Agent to welcome learners onto our programmes - online, by phone and in person. You'll handle enrolments, process applications and deliver a brilliant learner experience.

You'll bring accuracy, great customer service and a commitment to quality, helping us meet key contractual requirements.
