- Till Checks.
- Maintaining site floats.
- Change ordering.
- Preparing and editing documents like sales reports, memoemailsand invoices on the company databases and handling data entry tasks on sales platforms.
- Answering the phone to suppliers, staff &client.
- Providing support with addressing customer complaints or issuesforwardedelectronically. Maintaining a professional office environment and managing office space.
- Ensuring efficient and effective administrative information andassistance.
- Managing the set up and presentation of daily menus for all units, digitally on screens & paper format.
- Assistingwith end of month stock take and stock transfers.
- Assistingwith daily provisions of allergenrecipes .
- Printing of Allergen product labels. Printing grab & go labels for food items.Supporting onsite management with daily / weekly / monthly admin tasks.
- IT competent
- Cash handling knowledge
