Reed Talent Solutionsare hiring in Northampton Distribution Centre!

We're looking to recruit an Administrator to join our

Service Delivery team and support one of our key clients.

Reed supply flexible and temporary workforce solutions through Angard Staffing to Royal Mail sites all across the country, managing year round recruitment as well as seasonal peaks.

Shift pattern

Full time Monday - Friday

08:00am -17:00pm

Fixed Term Contract

Whatis an Administrator?

As an Administrator,you'dberesponsible forproducingaccurate, compliant identification badges for large volumes of new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and adherence to security and client requirements.

You'll be:

• Creatingand printingID badges for new starters

• Managing ID renewals for existing workers

• Carryingout general administrative tasks to support the team

What are we looking for?

We're looking for individuals with strong customer service skills who are confident in working towards and exceeding targets.

It's also essential that you:

• Are computer literate and confident utilising MS office systems

• Are confident communicating via telephone and email

• Are a team player who is flexible to support colleagues as required
