About Your New Job

As a Administrator, you will:

• Provide professional support to customers via phone and email, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and courteously.
• Deliver essential administrative support to the office team, contributing to smooth daily operations.
• Manage incoming calls, take accurate messages, and redirect calls as required.
• Respond to email enquiries promptly and accurately.
• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support office operations and ensure continuous service.

What Skills You Need

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is desirable but not essential.
