Administrative Supervisor - Grade V (Permanent Full Time) - Lucena Clinic, Rathgar

The successful candidate will lead and supervise an administrative team providing support to Lucena Clinic Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services across a wide range of administration functions including office administration, database upkeep, reception, and secretarial duties.

  • Recognized, relevant and validated qualification(s).
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role, with staff reporting directly to you.
  • A minimum of 5 years' general admin experience; 1 year medical admin experience.
  • Proven excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to produce reports from relevant data.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, delegation, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate, manage performance and build teams.
  • Ability to manage areas of responsibility in a proactive and professional manner, using initiative, multi tasking, working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience in provision of training desirable.
  • Ability to provide cover to other centres within St. John of God Community Mental Health Services when required.
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
  • A full clean driver's licence and access to own means of transport.

The successful candidate must be available to work onsite Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. This is a fully office based role and remote or hybrid arrangements are not available.
