Job overviewAre you looking for a new career within a dynamic environment where full attention to detail is necessary? We are looking to recruit a trustworthy, passionate and driven individual to join the Assurance Team in the Occupational Health department. You would be joining an active and energetic team, processing pre-employment checks and undertaking a wide range of admin commitments.
Main duties of the jobAssist with general Assurance Team duties covering pre-employment
occupational health checks and monitoring, keeping up to date with stakeholders, maintenance of database records, communicating with colleagues/service users, maintain team KPIs and deliver exceptional service to Trust staff and other service users.

Person specification Qualifications- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent NVQ level 2 Customer Service / Business Admin / ITQ or equivalent experience
- Typing qualification or equivalent

- Experience of working in a busy office environment or reception role
