Job Description

The Administration Officer - Contracts and Network Support, serves a crucial role within All About Living in order to support the management and compliance of our Associated Providers.

About the role:

  • Part time role, Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 2:00pm with potential for increase in hours as we grow
  • Provide high quality administrative support to enable compliance with the Aged Care Standards
  • Responsible for accurate and timely Associate Provider management
  • Support with data integrity and compliance with regulatory documentation standards
  • Communicate effectively with our external stakeholdersOpportunity for career development in the industry

Desired Skills and Experience

You will need:

  • Certificate III in Business Administration would be advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role, preferably in the community, aged care or disability services
  • Experience with Alayacare is desirable
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Skills

You will need the following documents:

  • National Police check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screening check (or willingness to obtain)
