An established and dynamic, corporate organisation is on the lookout for a driven Administrator to add value and contribute to their busy team in Tunbridge Wells. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering efficient high-quality support across different functions!
Working closely with a small team, the role will provide essential coordination and administrative support - duties would include yet not be limited to:
- Coordinating meetings, appointments and interviews externally and internally
- Managing documentation and maintain accurate records, managing inboxes and applications
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external queries
- Assisting with project coordination and process improvement
- Communicating across multiple stakeholders
