About the role

As an Administration Assistant within our Progress Lifeline finance team, you'll play a key role in supporting financial and customer service processes, helping to ensure services run smoothly and efficiently.

A key part of the role involves raising and processing sales invoices across commissioned contracts, corporate accounts, and private customers. You'll also reconcile payments received against invoices, manage billing amendments, and support account finalisation for decommissioned contracts and customers.

Alongside this, you'll liaise with colleagues, customers, and external partners to resolve queries and provide information, often acting as a first point of contact. You'll also support wider administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the service.

You'll work 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, with access to flexi-time in line with service requirements. This is an agile role, but you will be required to attend our office in Leyland when needed to meet the demands of the role.
