Are you a highly organised and proactive individual looking to join a leading US law firm? This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious firm as an Administrative Assistant, with structured training and development and opportunity to grow your legal career!
This role offers excellent exposure across administrative, secretarial and client facing functions, making it the perfect foundation for a long term career in the legal sector.
In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting lawyers and firm staff, ensuring the smooth running of busy teams. Your ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities, and deliver high quality work will be essential.
Key responsibilities- Assisting with overflow PA work - managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel, preparing documents
- Supporting reception and client services, including event coordination
- Maintaining accurate filing systems and records
- Assisting with billing, expenses, and time entry
- Assisting senior staff with general administration
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Minimum 6 months of administration experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Positive attitude with a proactive mindset
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to learn and develop within a legal environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
