Finance Administrator (6-Month Contract - Permanent Opportunity)

Location: Elgin Depot
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch)

What You'll Be Doing
  • Contacting customers by phone to follow up on outstanding payments
  • Building positive relationships while handling payment discussions professionally
  • Recording call outcomes and updating records accurately using CODAS
  • Sending follow up emails where requiredManaging your workload to meet daily call targets
