Responsibilities:

• Perform standard run operations for enterprise storage environments.
• Handle incidents, problems, changes, and service requests (SRs).
• Align parameter changes to optimize performance and security.
• Ensure deliverables meet high-quality standards and compliance.
• Conduct proactive analysis to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Develop and maintain the technical roadmap for future storage infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of experience in storage solutions.
• Strong expertise in SAN/NAS, 3PAR, NetApp, EMC, IBM, and HP storage systems.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to apply best practices and optimize storage performance.
• Experience in troubleshooting and proactive problem analysis.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of cloud-based storage solutions.
• Experience with automation and scripting for storage management.
