We're currently seeking a Admin Team Leader in Naas Head Office or Limerick Branch.
The role is to effectively manage the Rentokil Initial Branch Administration support functions in line with the company's set policies & procedures. This will involve interaction with colleagues and customers; therefore a positive and professional attitude is required at all times. The role requires a proven ability to effectively manage others in order to create a professional and positive working environment. The purpose of this role is to ensure a high standard of service is delivered to every customer, ensuring every customer contact is a positive experience. This requires a clear understanding of the business processes, ensuring customer excellence is central to all activities whilst consistently meeting the required performance standards. The role will require close working relationships with the Administration manager, Branch Manager and the local teams. The tasks listed below are not a definitive list of duties and may be subject to change.
Duties & Responsibilities:Colleague Support
Oversee Service Delivery & Front Line (iCABS reporting)
- Visit rejections
- Shared routines
- Job suspense
- Service verification
- Manual visit entry
- Rezoning
- MyRentokil / MyAdmin
- Service reporting
- Sales reporting (i.e. infestation, portfolio,etc)
Oversee Front Line Colleague Support through
- PDA alerts
- PDA leads
- Termination reporting
- Sales compliance
- CCM
- Sales processing (inc contract additions)
- Lead commission calculation
- Daily transactions monitoring
- Monitor contact management levels (CCM Tickets)
- Productivity and KPI reporting
Delivering Customer excellence
- Handle termination requests
- Customer complaints
- Customer account monitoring
- Invoice queries
- Annual contract renewals
- Champion payment by Direct Deb
General Support
- Maintain headcount
- Ensure administrators trained perform required tasks to a high standard
- ongoing coaching of direct reports
- productivity tracking for area of responsibility
- Carry out regular performance reviews
- Conduct monthly team meetings
- Complete return to work reviews in accordance with company procedure
- Ensure team compliance with set ISO procedures
- Performance manage any weaknesses highlighted in team
- Communicate company process changes
- Manage absence to acceptable levels
- Ensure that escalated client queries and complaints are dealt with positively and in a timely manner
- Take ownership of targets and objectives
- Carry out 1-2-1's
- Liaises with other departmental managers to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients
- Holiday Monitoring
- Provide area KPI metrics information
- Contract/Job Cancellations
- Sales stat adjustments
- Credit management interface (FSSC)
- Suspended portfolio
- Other tasks as directed by the Administration Manager
- keep self up to date and understand HR processes
Essential Skills:
- Good IT skills, including an understanding of MS Office and Google
- High level of numeracy & literacy
- Proven communication skills
- Proven people management skills
- Good knowledge & understanding of

- Has relevant qualification and management skills and or 2 years + overall on the job experience
