adidas at Braintree Village is looking for a Floor Manager to join the team.

This is a varied leadership role, helping to drive sales, deliver an excellent customer experience and support the performance and development of the store team.

• Organise resources and processes within your area to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Use retail KPIs and performance data to identify opportunities and make commercial decisions.
• Lead by example when it comes to customer service, using your product knowledge and sales expertise to create a great brand experience.
• Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure customers consistently receive excellent service.
• Coach, motivate and inspire team members to maximise their performance.
• Guide and train the team on core and seasonal product knowledge.
• Help create an appealing, easy-to-shop environment by maintaining high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate stock replenishment to maximise product availability on the shop floor.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and development within the store team.
• Help maintain a safe working and shopping environment and support loss-prevention procedures.
• Act as a role model for adidas brand values and help drive customer loyalty.
