Role Overview
This position focuses on actuarial calculations, data migration, and asset liability management (ALM), ensuring accurate migration, validation, and structuring of data from a legacy system into a new technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

Perform actuarial calculations and produce reports to support pension fund advisory services.
Analyse and map data from the existing system to ensure precise migration to the new architecture.
Collaborate with data engineers and project teams to uphold data quality, integrity, and governance.
Apply ALM expertise to shape its role and integration within the new system environment.
Review and validate historical data and calculations to ensure consistency post-migration.
Act as a liaison between actuarial, data, and IT teams during the transformation process.
Support business intelligence and data science initiatives once data is centralised and structured.

Requirements
Solid background in pensions and actuarial science.
Experience with Asset Liability Management (ALM) frameworks.
Prior involvement in large-scale data migration or transformation projects is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working with complex data sets and legacy systems.
Familiarity with standardised systems (e.g., CRM or financial platforms) is advantageous.
Fluent in Dutch (mandatory).
Strong ability to collaborate across technical and business functions.
