Accounts Receivable Clerk

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a leading medical communications company in Central London who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Accounts Receivable Assistant until late November at least.

Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Accounts Receivable Assistant to join their finance team for 2-months initially.
In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Billing and sales invoicing
• Multi-currency transactions
• VAT on sales, including reverse charge
• Manual AR processing
• Credit control and chasing via email
• Chasing internal stakeholders for billing info
• Resolving customer queries
• Supporting AP when required

Profile:
The successful interim AR Assistant will be predominantly AR focused with 3+ years' experience, and comfortable dropping into AP when needed. You must have:

• Microsoft Dynamics experience (essential)
• Strong VAT knowledge, including reverse charge
• Multi-currency experience
• CMap experience (ideal)
• Expenses experience using SAP Concur (ideal)

You must be immediately available to start next week and able to hit the ground running to be considered for this role.

Client:
Our client is a medical communications company with offices on Central London, looking to recruit an immediate AR Assistant until late November at least. This role is fully remote.

Salary & Benefits:
This interim AR Assistant role will be paying up to £19 per hour PAYE dependent on experience.
