Responsibilities

Accounts Payable Team Leader (Fixed Term Contract)
Location: London
Hybrid work after training
Salary: up to £36,000 per annum pro rata
Ref: 8195AP

Main duties: To be responsible for supervising and supporting the accounts payable team

The role:
- To assist the accounts payable team with processing invoices and payments
- To prioritise and process urgent payments on a daily basis
- To maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors
- To manage any cases that have been escalated by the team
- To manage prepayments and deposits
- To process manual invoices when needed

Candidate's Profile

- Previous Accounts Payable experience - Essential
- Experience managing a small team - Beneficial
- Ability to handle large amounts of data and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate
- IT literate
