Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

Job description: We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Administrator based in Stretford on a full time, on temporary to permanent basis

Duties will include:

  • Processing and recording invoices, around 250 per week, to help with a backlog
  • 2-way processing invoices
  • General purchase ledger duties, including bookkeeping
  • Payment processing
  • Accurate data entry
  • Processing staff expenses
  • Communicating with externals vendors and suppliers

Salary/ Hourly rate: £13ph including holiday pay

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
