Description- Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting and tax operations within the firm.
- Provide expert advice on tax planning and compliance to clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans to support business growth.
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of financial reports and tax returns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding tax and accounting matters.
