Accounting Manager (Freelance/Employee)

For this accounting firm based in Brussels, we are currently looking for an experienced senior accountant/supervisor who will join a human-sized and dynamic team.

Based in one of Brussels' most pleasant neighborhoods (Avenue Louise), this company is experiencing a fast growth in the Brussels region.

Along with accounting & tax support, they offer a range of B2B services that help their clients focus on their core business!

Accounting Manager - The Role

• The supervision of a team of both junior and senior colleagues (review of their work and performance, trainings )
• Review clients' files to guarantee the timely execution of their accounting and tax obligations
• Handle the review of your clients' annual accounts and tax returns
• First point of contact for new clients: you assess and understand their needs, onboard new clients
• Offer new ad-hoc services to existing clients
• Review and analyze costs, benefits and profitability for each account

Accounting Manager - About You

• You have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or equivalent
• You have at least 4 years of experience as an external accountant, with ideally a first experience in management
• You are fluent in English and French, Dutch is a plus
