Accounting Manager

Our company, a general construction enterprise operating on construction sites across all trades, is looking for an accountant manager to assist the General Management in the daily management of its technical activities. You will play a key role between the headquarters and the field teams, ensuring proper management and monitoring of the files. Accountant Manager (M/F) Your main missions: General & Analytical Accounting: Maintenance of financial accounting, invoice entry, bank reconciliations, and project management (cost tracking by project). Closing: Establishment of monthly, semi-annual, and annual closings (balance sheet, notes to the accounts). Cash Flow Monitoring: Management of debtors (reminders) and creditors (payments), monitoring of construction sites and amendments. Reporting: Dashboards, performance reporting for research: Knowledge of VAT specifics in construction and federal accounting standards or mastery of accounting software. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally in a construction company. Good knowledge of how a construction site operates and the technical vocabulary of the building industry. Team spirit, service-oriented, and adaptability.
