Accounting & Advisory Manager remote

Meraki Talent is currently recruiting for an Accounting & Advisory Manager on behalf of an established accountancy practice offering a highly flexible working arrangement.

This opportunity will suit an experienced practice accountant who enjoys managing client relationships, overseeing the delivery of accounting services and providing practical advice to owner-managed businesses, and is comfortable working fully remote.

The Role:

Working within the firm's Accounting & Business Advisory service line, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing the delivery of accounting services and supporting the development of junior colleagues.

Responsibilities are expected to include:

• Managing a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SME clients.
• Overseeing the preparation and review of statutory accounts and management accounts.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building relationships, and providing ongoing accounting and business advice.
• Reviewing work prepared by junior team members, providing technical guidance and supporting their development.
• Managing workflow, deadlines, and the overall quality of client deliverables.
