Job Title: Qualified Accountant

Location: Bandon, Co. Cork (Hybrid 3 days per week in the office)

Reports To: Tax and Audit Partner

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Qualified Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in practice to join our clients dynamic team in their Bandon office. This is a varied and hands-on role offering exposure to a wide range of services including tax compliance, audit, and general accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file company and personal tax returns
• Handle VAT returns and liaise with clients to ensure timely submissions.
• Assist with the planning and execution of audit engagements, including preparation of audit files and financial statements.
• Liaise directly with clients and the wider team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support partners with ad hoc financial and compliance work as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish tax and audit regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Proficient in relevant accounting software packages
