As an Accountant (100%), you will be responsible for the full scope of general accounting activities and the preparation of financial reports. This permanent position is based in the south of the Canton of Fribourg, bordering the Canton of Vaud, in Châtel?St?Denis.

Our client is a mid?sized organisation operating internationally within the industrial sector.
Description
Manage general ledger accounting operations, including journal entries and bank reconciliations;
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements;
Ensure accurate tracking of fixed assets and depreciation;
Oversee accounting closing processes;
Collaborate with external and internal auditors;
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting regulations;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and financial systems : SAP S/4HANA;
Provide analytical support to the finance team to support strategic decision?making.
Profile
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar General Ledger role or as an Accountant;
Solid knowledge of local accounting standards (Swiss GAAP);
SAP experience is mandatory;
French B2 and English B2 minimum;
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a high level of accuracy;
Strong problem?solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
