Accountant / Finance Specialist 100% - Financial Services

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Accounting or Finance professional to join an international company in the financial services sector. In this position, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day accounting operations, preparation and consolidation of financial statements under IFRS, and coordination of audits across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Accountant / Finance Specialist 100% (m/f/d) Financial Services Your tasks

• Full ownership of daily accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and general bookkeeping
• Preparation, review, and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under IFRS
• Preparation and analysis of complex financial reports and reconciliations across multiple entities
• Support and coordination of annual audit processes across jurisdictions
• Contribution to workflow management for accounting and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across international locations

Your profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Several years of practical experience in Accounting or Finance, ideally within an international environment
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and experience managing multiple entities or complex structures
• Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach
• Excellent command of English
• Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented personality
