Account Technology Strategist - Public Sector

Overview

As an Enterprise Account Technology Strategist for the Public Sector in Netherlands, you will play a pivotal role in driving secure transformative technology initiatives that align with your customers' business goals. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, persona needs, and the ability to leverage technology to achieve strategic outcomes. You will collaborate closely with an Enterprise Account Executive and lead the orchestration of a multi-functional team across Microsoft's product portfolio and partner offerings. Your mission is to build and nurture relationships with technology executives within your customers' business and deliver functional and industry-relevant solutions that embrace AI, security and other cutting-edge technologies.

Your mission: enable the Dutch government to modernise citizen services and civil servant work environments through Microsoft's technology stack-including AI, cloud, security, CRM, and digital sovereignty. You will combine commercial excellence with strategic thinking to drive impact across one of the most critical sectors in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Act as Enterprise Account Technology Strategist for Public Sector:
• Design and drive leading-edge technology initiatives with strategic customers and partners.
• Support customers' desired business outcomes while achieving Microsoft's objectives.
• Partner with an Enterprise Account Executive and leverage a large, multi-functional v-team:
• Utilise Microsoft's product portfolio and Partner offerings to deliver industry-relevant solutions.
• Build and grow a network of technology executives within customer organisations.
• Enable adoption and embrace of AI technologies:
• Innovate technical solutions to achieve customer objectives and account growth targets.
• Deliver AI solutions that accelerate customers' AI vision and position Microsoft as a trusted technology advisor.
• Align with Microsoft's mission and values:
• Empower every person and organisation to achieve more.
• Foster a culture of respect, integrity, accountability, and inclusion.
  

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business, or related field OR equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in technical consulting, consultative selling, business consulting, practice building, or related technical/sales roles.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in driving digital transformation in consulting or technology-related roles.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft's product offerings and ability to articulate their value to customers.
• In-depth knowledge of military operations and digital transformation within national and NATO contexts, ensuring technology solutions align with operational objectives.
