Job Description

We're looking for an Account Marketing Lead to drive integrated, consumer-led marketing strategies for a major strategic account partner in the EMEA region. You will support the conversion of global and regional brand direction into impactful, partner-specific marketing plans that fuel demand, elevate brand expression, and support commercial growth. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a meticulous executor.

Key responsibilities

Account Marketing Strategy & Seasonal Planning

  • Develop account-specific marketing strategies and seasonal plans aligned with overall brand and marketplace priorities.
  • Translate global and regional direction into localized, relevant partner plans.
  • Identify priority moments, stories, and products to maximize impact with the account.

Integrated Campaign Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, from briefing to execution and seasonal recap.
  • Define objectives, audiences, product focus, marketing mix, and timelines.
  • Ensure alignment across brand, retail, digital, media, and other cross-functional teams.

Partner Collaboration & Influence

  • Build trusted relationships with the account partner's marketing organization.
  • Influence partner strategies to uphold strong brand storytelling and premium execution.
  • Navigate complex discussions with clarity and confidence.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Drive collaboration across multiple teams without formal authority.
  • Partner with athlete-related teams for approvals and usage rights.
  • Coordinate closely with commercial and merchandising partners to ensure marketing plans reflect product realities.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage campaign governance, milestones, and approval processes.
  • Track performance against KPIs and deliver insightful recaps.
  • Share best practices to continuously elevate account marketing standards.

Key qualifications

  • Extensive background in account, brand, retail, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Experience with wholesale or strategic retail partners is a strong advantage.
  • Strong strategic thinking and precise execution.
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Solid understanding of consumer journeys, retail environments, and brand storytelling.

  • Start date: April
  • Location: Hybrid, Hilversum
  • Duration: 6months + (plus potential extensions)
