Position Develop, nurture and grow existing relationships with defined portfolio of existing UK SFA members & clients.
Establish robust contact strategy in line with Member needs.
Lead quarterly and annual membership reviews with SFA TSM & Training teams to ensure we are delivering exceptional customer service and maximising all revenue opportunities within our membership and existing client base.
Ensure that SFA membership renewals are managed in a timely manner within the initial membership period and into additional membership periods to maximise retention
Work cross-functionally to develop compelling proposals for SFA members/ clients for additional service sales.
Work cross-functionally to ensure SFA service contracts are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
Develop and deliver a comprehensive annual membership engagement plan.
Develop, manage and maintain detailed Account Plan for each Member.
Provide monthly revenue forecasts for existing members and clients.
Be the SFA representative on agreed external modern slavery working groups.
Support TSM team in creation of new products
Support SFA Accounts Director's accounts when required or within the modern slavery working groups.
Support in data collation for ESB.
Work at all times in line with SFA policies and procedures and the wider strategy, culture and ethos of Slave-Free Alliance/ Hope for Justice.
Understand and uphold the standards outlined in the Hope for Justice Safeguarding policies, acting with due care and attention to safeguard the wellbeing of anyone that comes into contact with our work and reporting concerns if they do arise.
Requirements Proven account management experience at a senior or director level.
Experience of working in a high growth business
Minimum 5 years business to business experience

Salary: up to £35,000, dependent on experience.
