Account Manager HVAC - Antwerpen/Kempen

We are looking for an Account Manager for one of my clients, a company specializing in heat pumps.

Regio : Antwerpen/ Kempen

This role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, particularly HVAC (heating and cooling) installers.

Contract : employee

Salary range : around 4.5K + commissions + monthly net expenses + car + insurances

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing contact with clients by phone and in person.
• Building a trust-based relationship by providing professional technical advice and ensuring proper follow-up of quotes.
• Generating new contacts, for example through trade fairs, and identifying market opportunities.
• Developing an annual budget and sales plan for your region.
• Staying updated on the latest strategic, technical, and pricing developments in the market.
• Representing the company at trade shows and client events alongside colleagues.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of air technology and thermodynamics or relevant industry experience is an advantage, but a strong willingness to learn and an affinity with their products are more important.
• Strong social skills and the ability to approach clients and prospects effectively.
• A professional approach and customer-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to prioritize and work easily with numbers such as price lists.
• Fluent in Dutch (mandatory)
• Convenient access to the Antwerp region from your location.
