What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Senior International Account Manager, you'll:

• Develop and grow accounts across the Dutch retail, foodservice, and industrial sectors
• Build strong relationships with key customers - including Superunie members
• Manage the full commercial cycle: offers, contracts, execution
• Create strategic account plans based on market trends, competitor research, and economic insights
• Work closely with marketing teams to launch successful campaigns and promotions
• Deliver reliable sales forecasts and analyse market data (e.g., Nielsen, GfK, YouGov)
• Spot opportunities to optimise our product offering, drive innovation, and expand shelf presence

You Bring

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years of retail experience (preferably with food/FMCG)
• Experience with Superunie members or A-brand management in the Netherlands is a big plus
• Strong commercial mindset with a hands-on attitude
• Analytical skills and comfort with data tools (GfK, Nielsen, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills - fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• A creative, curious, and ambitious personality who's eager to grow
