Account Manager About Your New Employer

- Work for a company known for industry-leading expertise in design, manufacturing, and project management for B2B clients across diverse sectors.
- As an Account Manager you will manage and drive growth across a network of 20-30 established accounts, focusing on revenue and margin development.
- You'll spend approximately 3 days per week on the road covering 26 counties, with the key focus on major urban areas.
- Build and onboard new relationships wherever opportunities arise to grow market share.
- Collaborate closely with a team of 3 other sales professionals and a wider support squad for seamless customer experience and execution.
- You will leverage your energy and drive to identify new business opportunities and champion the company's premium products in a competitive market.
- 4-5 years' proven experience in account management and B2B trade/wholesale sales.
- Demonstrated record of achieving sales growth, developing customer relationships, and executing winning sales strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in the office furniture or fit-out industry is a plus but not essential-energy and the ability to drive business forward are key.
- €50,000 to €60,000 plus commission up to €10,000 per year (paid monthly on invoiced sales).
- Company car (RAV4 hybrid), pension scheme, laptop, phone, fuel card, and all approved expenses reimbursed.
- 20 days annual leave, plus supportive training, development, and progression opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
