What You'll Do

As Account Manager, you'll represent ZEISS across your region, building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals. Every day will look different - from introducing a revolutionary product portfolio to identifying emerging market needs and delivering tailored solutions. You'll thrive in a flexible, field-based role, supported by a close-knit team and a company at the forefront of optical innovation.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of experience in medical device sales, ideally in ophthalmology
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• A proactive, commercial mindset and excellent communication abilities
• Fluency in navigating complex networks of stakeholders
• Fluency in Dutch & English (French would also be an advantage)
