We are seeking an experienced and confident Account Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services for one of our flagship, long-term contracts. Since 2016, we have been delivering maintenance and engineering services to a portfolio of 24 commercial and residential properties - including high-end residential - valued at approximately £2 million.

As Account Manager, you'll take full ownership and accountability for contract performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll be a natural leader, with the technical background and commercial awareness needed to guide your team and exceed expectations across a varied and complex portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Delivering high-quality service in line with client expectations and contractual KPIs/SLAs
2. Leading and motivating a dedicated on-site team, including performance reviews and development planning
3. Taking full P&L ownership, driving financial performance including WIP and debt control
4. Managing compliance with health & safety, statutory, and company policies
5. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular site visits and performance reviews
6. Producing detailed monthly reports covering operations, finance, compliance, and innovation
7. Collaborating with internal teams to support continuous improvement and service excellence

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience managing large, multi-site facilities or maintenance contracts (ideally in a similar Account/Contract Manager role)
• Strong knowledge of compliance, P&L management, and FM industry best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
• Technical or engineering background (desired but not essential)
