Account Manager - Facilities Services
Location: Canary Wharf, London

We are seeking an experienced and confident Account Manager to oversee the delivery of hard FM services for one of our flagship, long-term contracts. Since 2016, we have been delivering maintenance and engineering services to a portfolio of 24 commercial and residential properties - including high-end residential - valued at approximately £2 million.
As Account Manager, you'll take full ownership and accountability for contract performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction. You'll be a natural leader, with the technical background and commercial awareness needed to guide your team and exceed expectations across a varied and complex portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality service in line with client expectations and contractual KPIs/SLAs
- Leading and motivating a dedicated on-site team, including performance reviews and development planning
- Taking full P&L ownership, driving financial performance including WIP and debt control
- Managing compliance with health & safety, statutory, and company policies
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular site visits and performance reviews
- Producing detailed monthly reports covering operations, finance, compliance, and innovation
- Collaborating with internal teams to support continuous improvement and service excellence
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience managing large, multi-site facilities or maintenance contracts (ideally in a similar Account/Contract Manager role)
- Strong knowledge of compliance, P&L management, and FM industry best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- Technical or engineering background (desired but not essential)
