We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and driven individual to join us as an Account Manager for the UK Packaging - Southern Division. This role is ideal for an ambitious, customer-focused person eager to be part of this exciting team.
In this role, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and customers, using your skills and experience to lead, develop, win, and maintain business from the FMCG and industrial sectors, aligned with our growth strategy. As this is a customer-facing position, a focus on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and delivering an exceptional customer experience is essential.
You will manage the account plan, develop growth strategies, and improve margins within existing accounts. Monitoring progress against plans and devising alternative solutions will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with the Design and Innovation team to translate customer needs into solution-led offers, driving new sales, and communicating forecasts using our CRM system are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will work with the wider sales and site teams to maximize market opportunities while promoting efficiencies, innovation, and sustainability.
This is a home-based role with an emphasis on traveling to meet clients and teams at our sites across the South of England and Midlands areas.

About you- Proven success and experience in an Account Management role, preferably within FMCG; experience in packaging is desirable but not essential.
- A full driving license.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with travel as needed.
- Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, capable of handling conflicts and challenges internally and externally.
- Experience in analyzing financial insights and taking action based on them.
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in delivering dynamic and professional presentations.

Location: This is a full-time, hybrid role involving travel and client interactions across the South of England and Midlands.
