Salary: £49,150 to
£56,108 per annum
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: x12 months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave)

What will you be doing?

As Account Management Lead, you'll provide outstanding leadership and oversight of our existing corporate partnerships with a strong focus on both delivery and growth. You'll ensure each partnership is managed to maximise mutual value and humanitarian impact.

  • Lead and grow partnerships: Oversee a sub team of Partnership Managers to plan and deliver across a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and ensure partnerships evolve to meet changing needs. This will include British Red Cross' flagship Corporate Partnership.
  • Inspire and support your team: Manage and develop a high-performing team, championing collaboration, learning and excellence in everything they do.
  • Drive cross-sector collaboration: Build strong relationships across company partner organisations and internally - working with teams across fundraising, operations, marketing and the global Red Cross Movement.
  • Champion best practice: Develop and share tools, templates and models that support partnership excellence across the team and wider organisation.
  • Ensure strong financial and data management: Oversee budgets, planning and reporting, and maintain high standards of data integrity.
  • Respond to humanitarian need: Maximise income opportunities during emergency appeals and lead strategic projects that support our mission.

  • Strategic partnership experience: You'll have led high-value corporate partnerships, met ambitious targets, and built strong, collaborative relationships at all levels - including with senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership and team development: You'll have managed and developed teams, supported growth, and championed a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen: You'll be confident interpreting financial data, building compelling proposals, and demonstrating value for money.
  • Business and charity sector insight: You'll understand what makes long-term corporate-charity partnerships work - and how to align them with business and humanitarian goals.
  • Confident communicator: You'll present ideas clearly and persuasively, whether in a boardroom or a team meeting.
  • Collaborative and accountable: You'll take ownership of your work, plan effectively, and bring people together to deliver shared goals.
