We're hiring: Account Executive Manager - Netherlands

Based in the Netherlands Retail & Department Stores Permanent Position

With a global presence in over 50 countries, our collections are distributed through department stores, independent boutiques, our own retail network, and online platforms.


Your Mission :

As our Account Executive Manager, you will:

  • Represent and sell our premium collections to independent multi-brand retail boutiques and department stores.
  • Develop and manage a selective client portfolio within your assigned region (Netherlands).
  • Build lasting B2B relationships and act as a brand ambassador for Lise Charmel and Antigel.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Prospect and visit lingerie and swimwear retailers
  • Present and promote our collections in line with sales targets
  • Take and manage orders, monitor client satisfaction
  • Communicate commercial policies and market insights
  • Provide regular reporting: product feedback, trends, competitive activity
  • Support brand presence and customer development in your region


Your Territory :

You will be part of our Benelux subsidiary, with a focus on the Netherlands.

This role involves frequent travel, with up to 80% of your time spent on the road


Your Profile :

  • Degree from a business school
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar B2B sales role
  • Able to communicate in English and Dutch fluently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and polished presentation
  • Autonomous, organized, proactive, and curious
  • A strong passion for customer experience and luxury retail
