This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys winning new business and wants to be properly rewarded for their success.The opportunity This role is all about new business generation you'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, win clients, and develop long-term relationships. You'll be joining a business that's built a strong reputation for being straight-talking, client-focused, and commercially sharp, with plenty of room for growth.What you'll be doing

• Proactively generating and converting new business opportunities

• Building and managing a strong sales pipeline

• Meeting clients and delivering tailored insurance solutions

• Closing deals and building a profitable book of business

• Working towards and exceeding sales targets

• Proven experience in sales / business development

• A genuine new business mindset comfortable picking up the phone and opening doors

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Target-driven, ambitious, and financially motivated

• Insurance experience is essential
