Account Executive - French Speaking Belux (SMB)

Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid) - relocation support provided.

Overview

Lead the end to end sales cycle for the French speaking Belux SMB market. Own a dedicated customer set, manage complex sales projects from lead generation to closing, and drive new business acquisition and account expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated customer set in the target market, managing complex sales projects from lead generation to closing.
  • Drive performance against key metrics with a primary focus on new business acquisition and expansion.
  • Utilise a consultative approach to identify business challenges and align Salesforce AI, Data, and CRM solutions to customer goals.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C level decision makers through regular digital engagement and face to face meetings.
  • Partner with Business Development, Pre sales, and Marketing to optimise the market funnel.
  • Execute territory and account planning strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct research and discovery to uncover prospects' processes, challenges, and goals.
  • Develop compelling value propositions and communicate them clearly across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with the full account team and partners to support deals and ensure customer success.
Qualifications
  • Full professional fluency in French and English.
  • Demonstrated success as a quota carrying, technology solution based direct sales professional.
  • Experience in territory and account planning, prospect qualification, and solution selling.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation.
  • Proficiency with whiteboarding, Slack, Google Slides, and Zoom for customer interactions.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Preferred: Sales methodology education in MEDDIC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
