KHR is working with a well-respected Chartered Insurance Broker that is keen to add an experienced Account Executive to their Property Team.
As an Account Executive, you will manage client relationships, lead a team, and ensure the smooth operation of the client's Captive insurance programme.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture long-term client relationships, acting as the primary contact for all insurance needs.
- Lead and develop a team, providing guidance and coaching to meet service standards and goals.
- Oversee the full renewal cycle for a complex residential property portfolio and drive new business growth within the client's Captive programme.
- Collaborate with Account Handlers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience, supporting daily service and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients, including monthly visits across the UK.
- Maintain relationships with key insurers and negotiate optimal renewal and placement terms.
- Ensure policies comply with industry regulations and that the Captive insurance structure aligns with the client's risk strategy.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, ideally in residential or commercial property insurance.
- Strong technical knowledge of Property Owners insurance; Captive knowledge is a plus.
- Experience managing client relationships with tailored insurance solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, insurers, and teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
