Roles like this are few and far between. The existing Client Director has been with the firm for over 30 years, and staff attrition is minimal.

Client Director

You will report directly to the Managing Director, with responsibility for owning and growing a book of business comprised principally of corporate and large commercial clients across multiple sectors, most of which have premium spends in the hundreds of thousands of pounds range. This book of business will generate approximately £500,000 income.

This role is due to someone retiring, but don't worry-they are not retiring straight away, so you will have time for a smooth handover.

You will have a proven and successful track record in a similar position, ideally focusing on corporate or large commercial clients.

You will be at least DIP qualified, but APFS, or perhaps even an LLB, etc., qualifications are all acceptable too.

Success in this role will position you well for future career progression, which could involve heading up the sales function, establishing a regional office, or even being appointed as a member of the senior leadership team, and perhaps as a Companies House director in due course.
