Technimove is seeking an Account Director to join our established team. This key role focuses on driving new business, managing existing customer relationships, and overseeing a diverse portfolio of high-profile accounts. You will undertake a client-facing, commercial role involving client and account management, business development, solutions, and strategic selling. You will collaborate with the wider business for project delivery and effectively run a mini-business supported by the internal sales team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring requests are handled professionally and promptly.
Prioritize winning and closing new customers while fostering long-term relationships with existing clients.
Achieve profitable revenue growth aligned with business targets.
Monitor competitors and share insights with the team and management.
Manage projects from inception to review, including results analysis, creating case studies, and sharing learnings with other Client Directors.
Handle commercial aspects of accounts, including forecasting, CRM maintenance, and invoicing.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and contribute to client service and project meetings and training.
Key Requirements:
Relevant industry experience.
Experience selling infrastructure services such as Data Centre Migration and Professional Services is a plus.
Strong solutions sales skills with the ability to tailor approaches to individual clients.
Experience in both new business development and account management.
Experience with HubSpot is desirable.
