The Role We are seeking an experienced Account Director to lead a client delivery team. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker who combines sharp analytical ability with creativity and cultural fluency. You'll work across diverse sectors and regions, managing client relationships at the highest level and ensuring excellence in strategic and tactical delivery. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development Lead and inspire a team of account managers and executives. Foster a culture of continuous learning, inclusivity, and excellence. Client Strategy & Relationship Management Act as the strategic lead for clients across government, corporate, and foundation sectors. Develop and implement bespoke communications strategies aligned with client objectives. Serve as a trusted senior advisor on reputation, influence, and narrative positioning. Build enduring client relationships that result in strong partnership satisfaction and measurable impact. Performance & Delivery Set and oversee SMART objectives for all client campaigns. Drive integrated campaigns across earned, owned, and shared media channels. Ensure effective delivery against KPIs and client outcomes, not just outputs. Evaluate performance and continuously optimise delivery for excellence. Commercial & Operational Management Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure efficient time management and accurate reporting. Contribute to new business development, proposal writing, and client growth.
