Role OverviewThis is a maternity cover post until February 2027, with a workload of 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, covering 4.5 hours per day. The starting salary is £25,000, rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, to £30,000 per year. For further details please reach out to a member of the recruitment team via .
Key Duties- Act as the first point of contact for new clients.
- Support the arrangement of appointments, coordination of referrals and telephone answering to provide an efficient information service to clients.
- Provide an effective and accurate data entry service including the production of basic statistical reports as requested by management.
- Signpost new clients to appropriate services and ensure they have the information they need to access support.
- Engage clients calmly and professionally by phone, gather relevant information and arrange appointments while maintaining a supportive tone.
- Prioritise and organise workload across multiple practices, with strong time management skills.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of signposting and community support pathways.
- Demonstrable ability to use digital systems confidently, including data entry, remote access platforms and case management systems (e.g., Nebula).
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong client facing communication skills.
- The ability to engage clients calmly and professionally by phone, gather relevant information and arrange appointments while maintaining a supportive tone.
